This basic, easy to use heart rate monitor is also a watch. Manually set your target heart rate zone, and track your heart rate with visual and audible alarms. The monitor also has a stopwatch to track your exercise session, and includes your average heart rate for the workout. Extra large digits facilitate ease of use. Monitor/watch is water resistant up to 50 meters.
