Using small weighted exercise balls and a stretch band, Cooper Fitness Center exercise instructor Donna Fisher demonstrates the pilates exercises in this mat class with Sarah Paxton. Donna suggests that all the exercises can be done without the balls and band, with the balls and bands added as strength increases.This DVD provides a full body workout.

Donna has been teaching and training individuals in the health and fitness field since 1990. She is certified for Pilates mat and equipment instruction through Physicalmind Institute and Michael Miller Pilates.
