Placing Your First Order
We've made placing an order at CooperComplete.com as easy as possible.
There's no need to create an account first. You will have done that once
you've placed your first order online. We also accept orders by phone,
so please call us toll-free at if your prefer this order method.
Finding Items
First you will need to look for the items you would like to order.
You can find a link to browse the complete list ("Products" on the top
navigation bar located throughout the store) and more detailed product-specific
searches in the side navigation bar on the left side of each page within
the store. When you find an item that interests you, click the title or
name of the item to see its detail page. Here you will find more information
about the item.
Adding Items to Your Shopping Basket
If you want to order an item, type the quantity desired into the quantity
box and then click the yellow "Add to Cart" button.
A pop-up window will appear to confirm your choice and may include a
reminder about any special discounts or promotions that we have at the
time. The item(s) that you selected will then get added to your shopping
cart. If at that point you are ready to check out, then just click on "Checkout"
on the top navigation bar. If you accidentally click on "Checkout" and
you decide that you want to continue shopping, just click on the yellow
"Continue Shopping" button at the bottom of the page. You can access the
contents of your shopping basket at any time by clicking on "Basket" at
the top of every page within the Wellness Store.
Deleting & Adding Items to Your Shopping Basket
If you discover that you have items in your shopping basket that you
did not intend to order or if you change your mind, you can delete them
by clicking on the yellow button "delete" button. You can also increase
the quantity of the items ordered by changing the number in the quantity
box, then click on "recalculate order" to update the change in your
basket.
Proceed to Checkout
Once you are certain that you have selected everything that you want,
click on the yellow "checkout" button at the bottom of the page. You will
then be taken to an order summary page where you will have a chance to
view all the items in your shopping cart. If you are satisfied with the
items, you will then click on the yellow "Checkout" button at the bottom
of the page, which will take you to our secure server to finish your
transaction. At this point in the order process, you will be asked to
complete the billing and shipping address for your order. If you are a
returning customer, you can just enter your e-mail address and password
that you previously created and your shipping address will be updated on
the screen. If you have never purchased from our web site before, then you
will need to fill out the billing and shipping (if a different address).
Then, you will have an opportunity to provide your name and e-mail address
to us at the very bottom of the page, which will provide a quick login and
checkout on your next visit.
Forget Your Password?
If you have forgotten your password, them click on the "forgot your
password" link and it will prompt you to provide your e-mail address so
that we can match the password that you previously created. Once it is
matched in our database, it will be e-mailed to you.
Shipping Information
Tell us where you would like to ship your order. All physical addresses
will be shipped via FedEx Ground Service. Please select "FedEx Ground" if we
are shipping to a business; "FedEx Home Delivery" if the item is going
to a private residence. If you have given us a PO BOX address, APO or FPO
address, or live in Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, or Puerto Rico, we will ship your
items via United States Postal Service Priority Mail. Most packages that
ship Ground Service can expect to arrive within 3-8 business days.

Method of Payment
We accept American Express, Diners Club, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa.
All orders must be prepaid. Please be sure to enter the number without spaces
or dashes. If you would like to pay by check, please mail us your check,
including applicable shipping and handling, to:

Be sure to include your complete name, address, and phone number so that we
can contact you if we have questions.
Review and Submit Your Order
Check the accuracy all of the information you provided and make any necessary
adjustments. When you are ready, click the yellow "Checkout" button to
submit your order. Once you place your order, we will send you a confirmation
e-mail message. We will send you another e-mail message at the time of shipment
that will include your FedEx tracking number.
Tracking Your Order
Once you receive your order confirmation, you will find your order
number as well as the FedEx tracking number.
